To walk is a cure of incurable diseases itself and greater than all, it`s the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H.). A major cause of insomnia, flatulence, gas trouble, chronic constipation, heart diseases, obesity, piles and bloating of every type is lack of walking. Because when we sit on a chair after eating rather than walking, the food becomes pollutant and turns into disease instead of becoming cure and healthy part of the body. Develop the habit of walking daily and get rid of these diseases.
